Quarantined Virus

My setup is RH9, HP P4 w/1.5 GB RAM, Duplexed 80 GB HDD, SA 2.60, MS
4.28.601

I am using f-prot and config'd the MS to quarantine the infected messages in
/var/spool/MailScanner/quarantine.....

Whenever I run f-prot with auto and delete on this path it tells me
"Virus-infected files in archives cannot be deleted."  Would anyone have any
suggestions?
