should be able to build the MS server for under $200...given cost of
OpenExchange and it's server would add little to cost.

I presume the postfix etc within OE is quite closely configureed by OE,
so you may have issues manually setting it up for MS???? So a dual
server option would be nicer. Also means the OE server isn't directly
connected to the internet which for me would be the main reason to have
a second machine for MS.
