mailertable question

Please, buy a copy of the sendmail book, subscribe to a sendmail list or pay somebody to set this
machine up for you. None of this has anything at all to do with Mailscanner and everything to do
with you not knowing anything about sendmail.

I have edited mailertable in /etc/mail/mailertable to include
bentecmed.com smtp:[192.168.1.4]
I have also noticed that there is a mailertable.db is the same directory. do
I need to run a command to make mailertable into mailertable.db or does
editing mailertable do enough?
