Disarming HTML tags -- mine isn't working?

I have the following settings in MailScanner.conf:

Allow IFrame Tags = yes
Log IFrame Tags = yes
Allow Form Tags = disarm
Allow Script Tags = disarm
Allow Object Codebase Tags = disarm
Convert Dangerous HTML To Text = yes
Convert HTML To Text = no

which I thought would alter the form and script tags. However, when I send
a .htm (HTML) attachment, the "disarm" appears not to have any effect on
the file.

Is there another setting in the MailScanner configuration files that I
might be missing or I am not understanding how this works? (I have looked
through the archives and it seems so straightforward.)

A log of a sample attachment being processed is shown below.
