continued issue: queue gets backed up frequently

hello everyone,

well i'm still having the same problem even after implementing a
suggestion to run check_MailScanner every 5 mins.

it seems that the queue only gets backed up on monday, wednesday, and
friday. i can't find any cron jobs or anything like that that would
cause this. also it doesn't happen at the same time on each of those
days. sometimes it's in the morning and sometimes it's at night.

i could really use the lists help on this as i don't have enough
knowledge to diagnose it myself (i've been trying intermittently for a
few months now).
