(newbie) install/configuration question

MailScanner was the best open source solution I could find in my
semi-brief search to do something about these .pif and .scr Windows
viruses. One guy in my office received just over 400 emails as a result
of these viruses over the weekend. What a pain.  Some filtering is
better than no filtering, for sure.
