SpamAssassin 2.60

Ladies & Gents,

I'm in the process of installing SpamAssassin 2.60, but I'm having problems
applying the Razor2.patch.

I've searched my own local archives of this mailing list, but this message
from Julian (and the followups) is the only reference to this patch that I
could find.

Here's what I tried, along with the output...

Am I correct in assuming that this patch has already been applied?
