Newsletters being blocked for Content Violation

Yesterday I upgraded to MailScanner 4.29.7-1
Most of the newsletters we are getting are being marked as "Content Violation"

At Thu Apr  8 11:48:25 2004 the content filters said:
   MailScanner: Found a script in HTML message


But I know these newsletters are clean. How do I resolve this problem?
