4.29.7: whitelist syslog chatter

Peter,
I looked at the FAQ. I notice that the default is FromOrTo instead
of From in the FAQ. Methinks this isn't right. Since there is no "to"
specified, the default "to" means that everything will be spam checked,
which is not is wanted, right? You really want to only look at the
"From" only, not the "To".
I have added a "spamcheck.rules" into /etc/MailScanner/rules and changed
my "Spam Check = " setting, and turned the whitelist logging back on.
We shall see what happens. Thanks for this tip!
