(Newbie) MailScanner, Exim, Panda & other AV-Software

Thank you Rudi, but I am already using ClamAV instead of Panda...

Next Problem:
I'm trying to install Exim and currently editing the Local/Makefile - SuSe already installed
the Berkeley DB and the Exim-FAQ says:

>If your DBM library is Berkeley DB, set up to use its native interface:
>USE_DB=yes

But I can't find this option in the makefile... Do I have to write it at the end of the
makefile?
