Tagging White listed Mail

I'll admit I'm using an old version, but in mine, emails that are
whitelisted in mailscanner.conf (instead of in spamassassin) are clearly
marked:

X-MailScanner-SpamCheck: not spam (whitelisted),
         SpamAssassin (score=-0.4, required 5.5, IN_REP_TO, OUTLOOK_FW_MSG,
         SPAM_PHRASE_01_02)

Note the (whitelisted) part of the spamcheck line.
