Sendmail -q15m unchangeable?

        Actually... AFAIK even at -q1m it wouldn't 'hammer'
undeliverables... Because of MinQueueAge in sendmail.cf, -q1m would only
affect new messages... Retries would wait until after MinQueueAge to try
again...
