Per-address filename rules?

The MailScanner.conf manpage says, of the Filename Rules setting:
"This can be a ruleset allowing different filename rules to apply
to different users or domains".  However, I don't see how the syntax
of the file allows such per-address differences, unlike with the
more general ruleset files.  What am I missing?
