Sophos not running (New install of MS & Sophos)

That's your problem...installing it using Sophos.install

extract your tarball
cd sav-install
Sophos.install

Sophos was installed using the install script provided by Sophos, following
the installation instructions in the lisu_ien.pdf file from Sophos.
