The following in MailScanner.conf might be the culprit:

# Log all the filenames that are allowed by the Filename Rules, or just
Log Permitted Filenames = yes

Also check the following:

# Log all the filenames that are allowed by the Filetype Rules, or just
Log Permitted Filetypes = yes
