Delivery To Recipients

Hi,

My config :
 Linux : Slackware 9.0 Kernel : 2.4.20
 MaiScanner : 4.22-5
 SpamAssassin : 2.55

My problem :
If one of my senders send an email with Virus, I want make :

 - Send a report to sender
 - Do not send report to recipients.

I don't know make that, do you have an idea ?

NOTA :
I know make :

 - Send report to sender
 - Send report to recipients

 OR

 - Do not send report to sender
 - Do not send report to recipients
