"new" 2.60, razor 2.36

Yes.  I can't get either 2.36 (with or without patch) or my older
2.34 to pass "make tests".  I wonder if something got broken in
perl.  Maybe I should reinstall razor-agents-sdk-2.03.  Aargh.
