Unfortunately, I do not have easy access to webspace, otherwise I probably
would have used that method of distribution.  I think attachments are fine
as long as they are sent responsibly.  For purposes of the mail flow
diagram, I saved the original visio doc (161K) as a jpg (48K) which is
almost the same size as a large message thread.
