You need them to resend the original message intact - not simply forward
- because you need the original headers intact.  Most specifically you
need to ensure the sendmail message id is intact because sa-learn uses
this to make sure that it does not learn a single message as both ham
and spam.  Depending on your client mail reader this may be
easy/difficult/impossible [Outlook falls into the latter category].

For my Outlook users I implemented only half of the system (learning
mistakenly tagged spam as ham) by setting the attachment option for
spam, so they could forward the mail unaltered as an attachment.  I then
used a script that had been mentioned on the list to extract the rfc822
attachment via a procmail recipe.  [for the URL of the script search the
archives for rfc822 - I posted it again last wek for someone].
