Postfix and duplicate mails

Attached is an attempt to fix this problem. I would be interested your
results as to whether it makes any difference at all.
Don't forget to take a copy of your previous
/usr/lib/MailScanner/MailScanner/PFDiskStore.pm before you copy this one
into place!
