First time installation of MailScanner

1. Check the headers of an email you receive - they should show you various
things to do with MailScanner having scanned it, checked for spam, what score
it got, etc.

2. Check the syslogs on your mail server as one of these mails goes through
it - check for the first sendmail receiving and queueing it, MailScanner
processing it, and the second sendmail delivering it.
