Help with smart host please

Take a look at /etc/mail/sendmail.mc

You can add a line in here that says:

define(`SMART_HOST',`host.domain.tld')

I'd also make sure you have the following lines commented:

dnl FEATURE(`accept_unresolvable_domains')dnl
dnl FEATURE(`relay_based_on_MX')dnl

dnl *is* the comment by the way

Then run:

m4 /etc/mail/sendmail.mc > /etc/sendmail.cf

and finally service MailScanner restart (you must restart so the sendmail
processes also restart to read the newly created sendmail.cf
