MS fails after change or add

The RaQ's have that GUI based administration and IT is probably restarting
sendmail.  One option might be to rename the sendmail init script and then
symlink sendmail >> MailScanner

Thoughts?

Sounds like you (or some process) is restarting sendmail standalone when you
make a change.  Mailscanner then can't start the queue only sendmail process
because the SMTP port is already bound to the standalone sendmail.

Is this something you are doing or part of a script?
