Neverending timeouts

Hi,

        I've set the timeout for RBL in MS at 20 and the max timeouts at 7.  However, I'm having a non-growing number of timeouts, according to my logs.

RBL Check Infinite-Monkeys timed out and was killed, consecutive failure 1 of 7
...
RBL Check Infinite-Monkeys timed out and was killed, consecutive failure 1 of 7
...
RBL Check Infinite-Monkeys timed out and was killed, consecutive failure 1 of 7
...
RBL Check Infinite-Monkeys timed out and was killed, consecutive failure 1 of 7

Anyone has an explanation for this?
