There seem to be some permission issues on the quarantine folders.  They
are owned by root, but need to be opened and used by others.  What are
the correct permissions for the /var/spool/MailScanner/quarantine
folder?

drwx------   37 root     root         4096 Sep  5 12:05 quarantine

MailWatch cannot open the folders when they are like this.
