Denial Of Service Threshold?

I've searched the docs, user list and search engines but was unable to
locate any information on wether or not it is possible to adjust the
settings for DoS attacks. I have a user that sends out a number of emails
to his clients all at once and they are getting bounced as a virus with a
report of: "Denial of Service attack in message!"

Is there any way to tweak this setting or disable it entirely?
