Mail Not Routing, stuck in /var/spool/mqueue.in

Morning all,

Appears you are all having a similar problem.
Are you running 4.23-11 or 4.23-10? If -10 then upgrade to -11.

What does your maillog say is happening?
         grep MailScanner /var/log/maillog | tail -70

What processes are running?
         ps ax | grep -i mail

What have you changed from your previously-working system?
