Upgrade: werid problem

Hi

I just tried to upgrade MailScanner from the previous version to the latest
on a client's server, but the MailScanner.conf.rpmnew is not to be found
anywhere.
Any ideas?

I ran the upgrade successfully on another server yesterday running the same
version of RH, so I am a little confused
