Archive Mail rules

Hello All,

I do not understand how to use the mail archive rules.

I have a mail server with multiple domains and would like to:

1) archive mail incoming and outgoing for one domain
2) archive in the directory /home/spool/mqueue.arc

Server specifics:

Cobalt Linux OS <equivalent to>  RedHat 6.2
Sendmail 8.9.x patched for recent vulnerabilities
MailScanner 4.24
No SpamAssassin installed (yet)
