SpamAssassin upgrade question...

Ok, currently running RH8 and MailScanner 4.23-9 and SpamAssassin 2.55.
I installed both MailScanner and SpamAssassin via rpms. I just
downloaded SpamAssassin 2.60 rpms.  My question is this, can I just run
'rpm -Uvh spamassassin-2.60-1.i386.rpm'? Or are there some precautions
to take?
