Removing spam from quarantine

Hi

Some of our technical staff are working on a frontend for the quarantine -
possibly a plugin for webmin, although that remains to be decided.

Virii are not proving difficult to manage (so far), however spam is causing
a problem. Although there are two files for each virus mail caught, there is
only one for Spam and copying it back into the queue does not work, as it is
no longer in valid mail format.

How can it be done?
