Hi Rainer,

 To disable the RBL lookups, you should leave "Spam List" blank in your
MailScanner.conf and set "skip_rbl_checks 1" in the spam.assassin.prefs.conf
file.

 RBL checks were a big cause of slowdowns on my systems too, but by
disabling them it fixed alot of the issues I was seeing.
