Razor installation help

People here have recommended against using CPAN in a .rpm based system.
Also, I went to CPAN to download a tarball, and found five Test::Harness
packages.  Easy to rule out one - it was for 5.8, and I'm running 5.6.1, but
they're not making it very obvious to those of us that don't bathe in perl
soup...
