Razor installation help

I'm about ready to install Razor on one of my mail servers, and have stopped
just shy of the 'make install' step.  I used the razor tarballs as those
were alledged to give me everthing I need and wouldn't hose things up like
the rpms would.  I'm running on SuSE, which is RPM based so hesitate to use
CPAN based on advice here.  During the 'make test' phase I got the following
(lotta other stuff that passed snipped).  Basically, it seems like my
Test::Harness is too early a version.  Mine's version 1.1604.

So, I guess the question is, where/how do I get and install Test::Harness,
w/o goobering up the whole works.  After I have it installed, I presume I
should do a new 'make', 'make test', 'make install' on the Razor package?
Should I do a 'checkinstall' instead of the 'make install' so that it gets
registered w/the RPM database?
