Outgoing email not reaching destination

Remember there will be a delay due to mailscanner so the outbound
connection may show up further down in the logs, I handle 200k messages
a day so typically I have a 20 second delay on messages, at times I have
to dig for the outbound connection in the logs

Are they stuck in your mailq? What does the mailq command
return?

I reconfigured my email thanks to some of your advice. I am
now receiving over 2500 emails but when I go to send them I
can see them in the maillog and here is the entry, but I
don't receive them at the other end. Any thoughts?
