Outgoing email not reaching destination

I looked in /var/spool/mqueue and saw 100's of messages in
there and the mqueue command returned this:

Are they stuck in your mailq? What does the mailq command
return?

I reconfigured my email thanks to some of your advice. I am
now receiving over 2500 emails but when I go to send them I
can see them in the maillog and here is the entry, but I
don't receive them at the other end. Any thoughts?
