Integrating MailScanner, SpamAssasin and Exchange

Interesting problem.

You could do probably delivery rules in a file and then generate that 
automatically from the user list with a script of some sort that would 
produce something along these lines:

To:     joe at blow.com    forward joe.spam at blow.com
To:     jim at blow.com    forward jim.spam at blow.com
