Webmin Module 0.8 Released

Hi All, 

Really sorry for the delay in releasing this but at last it is here.

Changes include:

All new options for MailScanner
Ability to edit % dirs
Visible status of MailScanner on the main page (running or not running)

As always, let me know what you would like to see in it and if you have an problems.
