That looks like you're trying to 'run' an html page.  Maybe you
downloaded the wrong page, or your browser 'helpfully' converted it to
html  [Internet Explorer does this if you try to save the page when you
are viewing it].  Suggest you download again, this time right click on
the download link and 'save target as'.
