found x messages waiting

Hi everyone,

I made a typo in the spam.whitelist.rules file and it took me about 10 minutes
to figure out why mail was getting stuck in the queue. I've fixed my typo and
the rules file is ok again.

Now, from looking at /var/log/maillog, I can see Mailscanner adding a log
entry saying "New Batch: Found 44 messages waiting". New messages go through
ok, but the 44 messages that came in during my downtime seem to be stuck. How
do I get those ones going?
