Exactly.  The way MailScanner is, I cannot implement our policy.
I want to
-Allow IFRAME/OBJECT CODEBASE/FORM messages, but convert IFRAME/OBJECT CODEBASE
messages to text, leaving FORM messages as HTML.

but I have to choose between
a. convert all to text
b. convert none to text.
