MailScanner + SpamAssassin

Roger,

If SA is working on its own, then if MS says it doesn't find it it's
because it's not at the right place in the Perl directories.

Make sure you don't have 2 copies of Perl on your system.  This has
caused many problems to people.  Then reinstall SA.
