html forms converted to text

Hi,

If i set
Allow IFrame Tags = yes

and

Convert Dangerous HTML To Text = yes

will the IFrame Tags be converted to text before delivery, so that it is not harmful for Outlook clients?

I used to disallow IFrame Tags, but many newsletter from sun and ibm were blocked...
