Help with RFC Format MS 4.25-5 : More

You know this. I know this. Question is :
a. how do we inform symantec? or do we care?
b. how do we inform other MailScanner users so they can avoid this?
I would assume that mailscanner admins would like to know this
as to avoid this problem. The only way I found the problem was
that I would never receive sent emails, others my not get this luxury.
