Possible bug or oversight

I'm reposting this as I'm still having the problems and can't find a
solution on my own.

Redhat 9, fully upgraded, kernel 2.4.20-20.9
Mailscanner 4.24-5, SpamAssassin 2.60
Log Spam = yes

For each spam message, I used to receive full logging including it's
score and summary of why spamassassin throught it was spam, like the
following:

Oct 15 15:12:04 hostnamet MailScanner[405]: Message h9FKCYAe032695 from
64.213.55.243 (bounce-greatoffers-1638458 at mail1.torpedomail.com) to
blah.com is spam, SpamAssassin (score=7.23, required 4, BAD_CREDIT 0.16,
CLICK_BELOW 0.00, EXCUSE_14 0.15, EXCUSE_15 0.71, HTML_50_60 0.18,
HTML_LINK_CLICK_HERE 0.10, HTML_MESSAGE 0.00, HTTP_WITH_EMAIL_IN_URL
0.16, LONG_DISTANCE 1.26, MSGID_FROM_MTA_SHORT 3.31, NO_COST 1.00,
OFFERS_ETC 0.20)

However, since I did a fresh OS install on new servers and a fresh
install of mailscanner using the rpm-provided MailScanner.conf, making
changes where i needed, I don't get the detailed report when I get spam.
I know I am still receiving spam via these:

Oct 15 15:13:51 hostname MailScanner[26429]: Spam Actions: message
h9FKFiA2024835 actions are delete
Oct 15 15:13:52 hostname MailScanner[26429]: Spam Actions: message
h9FKFYAA024849 actions are deliver

But not the detailed view which is making my mailstats show a lot lower
numbers.
Is this a problem with my setup or are others seeing the same thing ?
