I: Using MailScanner with Postfix

The Postfix guys don't like me much.
I don't think they approve of someone implementing a mail filter in a way
they didn't think of first.
My apologies for "thinking outside the box" :-)

It works just fine, but due to Postfix's design will not be as fast as Exim
(or a well-tuned sendmail).
