spam sneaking in under the threshold

Mike,

Thanks. I've run a bunch of the "sneaky" ones through the "sa-learn" utility
and have also increased the score for DCC. AFAIK, I have yet to see any ham
showing up in the DCC, so this should be ok.

I'll keep an eye on it over the next week and see if things improve.
