Mail with spam and score 50 still delivered?

There is only one MS header and I already made it unique so I'm sure
which box in question has taken the spam.

I have this in my MS.conf :
High Scoring Spam Actions = delete striphtml forward xxx at xxx

The weird thing is that the mails in question seem to arrive twice, ne
copy gets filtered and is forwarded the other is delivered as if it were
low spam scored.
