Mail Header File Ruleset

Hi,

I've got a client that shares a mail server with another firm and they each
want a unique Org Name in the mail headers.  Can anyone give me some
insight as to what the correct format for a file ruleset to configure the
"Mail Header", "Spam Header", etc directive based on to/from addresses?

I've looked at the FAQ but didn't see anything pertinent.
