kernel BUG, upgrade 4.24-5

hi,
while upgrading from 4.24-4 -> 4.24-5

i got a "kernel BUG" message on tty1
i am not sure if all lines are included because i had to copy-paste with
mouse(gpm) from tty1 -> tty2

all was ok until mailscanner came at this point.
mailscanner-4.24-5 is running and is doing his job,
the sound works, and all other components seem to work ok.
